Pluggerzz Community Guidelines

Pluggerzz is built on trust. These guidelines set the standards for safe, respectful, and reliable behaviour for Customers and Pluggers.

1) Be respectful, always

  • Treat everyone with respect and professionalism.
  • No bullying, threats, harassment, intimidation, or aggressive behaviour.
  • No unwanted sexual comments, flirtation, or inappropriate conduct.

2) Zero tolerance for discrimination or hate

Discrimination, harassment, or hateful behaviour is not allowed on Pluggerzz. This includes behaviour based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, pregnancy, or any protected characteristic.

3) Keep communication safe and honest

  • Keep conversations on-platform whenever possible.
  • No scams, spam, impersonation, or misleading messages.
  • Do not pressure anyone into off-platform contact or off-platform deals.

4) Keep bookings and payments on Pluggerzz

  • Do not request or encourage off-platform payments designed to bypass Platform rules or fees.
  • Do not attempt to divert Customers or Pluggers away from Pluggerzz to avoid safeguards.
If you transact off-platform (where allowed), Pluggerzz protections and dispute support may not apply.

5) Be accurate about jobs, pricing, and scope

Customers

  • Provide clear job details, photos (if needed), access requirements, and realistic timelines.
  • Disclose relevant risks (e.g., parking restrictions, pets, fragile items, known hazards).

Pluggers

  • Quote honestly and be clear about what’s included/excluded.
  • If scope changes, confirm changes in writing (messages) before starting extra work.
  • No surprise charges.

6) Reliability matters

  • Only accept bookings you can complete.
  • Communicate early if you’ll be late, need to reschedule, or can’t attend.
  • No-shows may lead to enforcement action.

7) Safety first

Customers

  • Provide safe access and inform Pluggers of hazards.

Pluggers

  • Work safely and use appropriate protective equipment.
  • If a job feels unsafe, pause and report the issue.
In emergencies, contact local emergency services first.

8) Prohibited jobs and illegal activity

You must not use Pluggerzz for illegal services or harmful activity, including:

  • Illegal services or anything that breaks the law
  • Threats, violence, hate or extremist activity
  • Exploitation, trafficking, or sexual services
  • Controlled substances or illegal drugs
  • Weapons sales/modification or instructions to harm
  • Fraud, identity theft, stolen goods
  • Services requiring licensing/insurance where the provider cannot legally comply
We may remove content, cancel bookings, restrict accounts, and report serious matters to authorities where appropriate.

9) Profile integrity and verification

  • No impersonation or fake identities.
  • No fake documents, fake qualifications, or misleading credentials.
  • Keep your profile accurate and up to date.

10) Reviews and ratings must be fair

  • Reviews must reflect genuine experiences.
  • No fake reviews, review swapping, or incentives for reviews.
  • No “review extortion” (e.g., threatening a bad review for discounts).

11) Privacy and data protection

  • Don’t share someone else’s personal data without permission.
  • Don’t post addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or private messages publicly.
  • Pluggers must use Customer data only to fulfil the booked job and related communications.

12) Reporting issues

If you see suspicious behaviour or feel unsafe, report it using in-app tools (where available) or email support.

13) Enforcement

If these Guidelines are violated, Pluggerzz may take actions including:

  • Removing content
  • Warnings and education steps
  • Limiting visibility or features
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent removal from the Platform
  • Reporting to law enforcement (where appropriate)
